Skill Development
Our mission is to establish a pioneering skill development program for rural and semi-urban adolescents, providing them with globally recognized training for employability and self-employment. Through the strategic use of technology, we aim to become a leading organization in delivering innovative programs, both domestically and internationally, in the education, training, and skills sector, garnering recognition for our impactful contributions.
At Campusquare, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of students and unemployed youth in rural and semi-urban areas. We believe in empowering them with the necessary training and skill sets to succeed in their careers and make lasting changes in their lives. Leveraging the power of technology, our comprehensive programs serve as a launching pad for young individuals, equipping them with the tools and knowledge required to excel in their chosen professions.
Our programs are designed with real-world industry experience, ensuring that participants not only meet but exceed the desired goals of knowledge, attitude, approach, motivation, strategy, creativity, innovation, and behaviour, while remaining competitive in the job market. We offer adaptable and up-to-date curriculum, enriched with interactive real-life case studies, making learning relevant to specific job positions, and providing students with practical takeaways for their future roles. We focus on essential operational areas and those with promising opportunities for growth.
To effectively collaborate with organizations such as MSME, Govt Tool Room, State governments, and others, in offering comprehensive training and development programs, we have structured our operations to encompass various industries. These industries include engineering and manufacturing, apparel and textiles, construction, retail and hospitality, banking and finance, and IT & ITES.
Our skill development programs are offered through two primary channels:
Employer-funded programs: These initiatives involve hire-and-train programs, on-site hiring, or on-the-job training opportunities facilitated by partnering employers.
Independent student-funded programs: In this model, students bear the cost of their instruction program, paying it in manageable installments over the duration of their training.
